Another night to remember - thank you!

Another cracking night last Tuesday at The Lescar for Words Aloud - a huge thank you to everyone who came down to perform or be part of such an amazing, supportive audience, as always!
Once again, there was such variety on show, from people who have performed before and people reading at Words Aloud for the first time. Rumour has it, it’s the spice of life. Words Aloud that is, not variety.
So what now? Well, May promises to be an action-packed month on the Words Aloud blog, for kick-off. You can have a gander at the latest pictures from last Tuesday, but over the next couple of weeks you’ll be able to listen again to everyone’s performances. Good eh?
And then there’s the Words Aloud podcast, which we’re currently recording. It’s gonna be grand, with a look back at April’s Words Aloud, a couple of favourite performances from the past and a great interview with Rich Crowther, one of Words Aloud’s regular performers, who talks about his experience of spoken word in the US of bloomin’ A.
The next Words Aloud takes place on Tuesday 27 May at The Lescar. Email info@wordsaloud.org to book a slot to perform, or turn up on the night and pop your name down on the blackboard (make sure you get there early though).

That’s it!
