He seemed so genuine,
Although I only met him once on the bus,
I hope I didn’t make a fuss, I just wanted to discuss
The Bible.
Perhaps he’d come to my workshop, and discuss
The Bible.
Such a nice man.
Sometimes, on the tram,
I call home, and talk to the machine,
And loudly I talk about
The Bible.
And I like to mention his name,
After mentioning
The Bible.
I was wondering if you wanted to discuss
Jesus
I say, loudly, into my Nokia, smiling.
He was so genuine,
Such a nice man,
So pleasant,
A man of
God.
He was in a rush though,
Understandable.
The work of
God
Is never ending,
Which is why I spread
The Word
When I can.

Rich – you sure you’ve not performed before? Your delivery was fantastic.
